A former This Morning guest has branded Phillip Schofield the ‘monster of daytime TV’ in a scathing rant.
Over the past few days, rumours have circulated surrounding the 61-year-old’s reported ‘fallout’ with co-host Holly Willoughby.
While neither have addressed the situation publicly, aside from previous comment from Phil insisting that the pair are still ‘best friends’, it has been alleged that Holly, 41, has contemplated quitting This Morning as she is struggling to cope with the situation.
Elsewhere, Phil has become ‘increasingly withdrawn’ following the speculation, while fans are wondering what the future of This Morning entails.
Appearing on GB News, former guest Louise Van der Velde has demanded Phil be ‘given the boot’.
She said: ‘With Phil, I believe he’s like the monster of daytime TV to be honest.

‘He’s rude, he’s like, people should sit still, speak when you’re spoken to, just a very, almost aggressive attitude.
‘No matter how nice I’ve gone in, I just feel like he’s arrogant.
‘And then he comes on camera and he’s all smiles, he’s all jolly.’
Louise added that she ‘doesn’t mind controversy’ and being ‘challenged’ by those with ‘nice reputations’.
She continued: ‘Quite frankly, he’s just a fake. I think it is time that he really got the boot.

‘I’m used to working with lovely people who treat you respectfully’, she added, before branding Phil ‘judgy’.
Louise went on to say that during her appearances on the programme she often spoke about honesty and affairs in relationships, to which, according to her, Phil would ‘scowl’ at her and ‘look down his nose at me with his judgy attitude’.
She elsewhere insisted that Holly, with her ‘warm, sisterly’ attitude should be the one to stay.
‘I don’t know how she’s put up with this,’ Louise told presenter Dan Wootton.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV.
Dan Wootton Tonight airs Monday to Thursday at 9pm on GB News.
