Boris Becker appears to have sustained a painful elbow condition before filming Holly Willoughby’s new survival Netflix show.
The tennis player, 56, had a large swelling on his arm as he enjoyed a day out on the beach in Costa Rica with his fiancée Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro, 33.
It is thought that Boris is suffering from the same condition as in 2020 when he was spotted with a similar growth on his elbow in Ibiza.
Experts had claimed then that Boris did not have ‘tennis elbow’ but instead was likely to have a case of ‘student elbow.’
Also known as Olecranon Bursitis, student elbow is when the fluid-filled sacs that cushion the joints have become painful and swollen, according to the NHS.
The health body said it can usually be treated at home and should go away in a few weeks.

Boris was seen wearing blue trunks and taking a dip in the sea in Costa Rica, where new show, under the working title Bear Hunt, is being filmed.
He was joined by Lilian who was pictured speaking on her phone in a black vest top and matching sarong.
The sports star is one of the names on the line-up for the show that sees celebrities put through their paces in endurance challenges overseen by Bear Grylls.
Spice Girl Mel B, The Inbetweeners actor Joe Thomas, TV presenter Steph McGovern, The Saturdays star Una Healey, and Strictly’s Shirley Ballas have also signed up, according to The Sun.

Rounding off the line-up are model Lottie Moss, sports star Danny Cipriani, Ted Lasso actor Kola Bokinni, TV star Leomie Anderson, rapper Big Zuu and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.
Holly is presenting the show – and is reportedly earning a £1,000,000 salary – butis said to be ‘torn’ over spending time apart from her family while she films in Central America.
The TV star is married to producer Dan Baldwin and shares three children with him: son Harry, 14, daughter Belle, 12, and eight-year-old son Chester.
‘Holly will naturally miss her children and husband when she is away – she had lived in a lovely bubble with them while she took time off work. So it will be hard being away,’ a source said.

The insider continued to OK!: ‘Like so many mums, she feels that mum guilt as she tries to juggle family life with her TV career.
‘It’s something she’s spoken about openly in the past – and she also wants to show other mums that she is just the same, she feels it too.
‘But she knows that, ultimately, she is setting a good example to her little ones by being a working mum.’
